WE WON 2-1!
The relevance is that we beat ze germans in a competitive sport. A SPORT! A sport more culturally relative to my lifestyle - Live Art...than that thing I hopelessly follow week in week out for a glimpse of escapism that only drives me further and further into despair...Football - (namely Arsenal and the useless [especially it seems against the Germans]...Ingerlaaaand). It seems that we are getting the hang of this all rather too late. Winning our last two matches still means we won't progress to the knockout stages - but it does mean we won't finish last in our group...and it does mean we finish above Berlin. Something to warm the post-world-cup-cockles with eh?
